The National Contituencies Development Fund Act was passed by the parliament after the CDF Act was held to be unconstitutional by the court. It is valid from January 2016.
This CDF Act has been substituted by the “National Government CDF Act” but is still important for any CDF related matters that have happened before January 2016.
